Instant Bone Broth Ramen

Ingredients

  • Kroma 24K Bone Broth (I get the chicken flavor)

  • 8-10 ounces of filtered water

  • 1 noodle cake of Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen

  • 1 organic carrot, diced

  • 1/4 cup of organic frozen peas

  • 1 handful of fresh organic spinach

  • Top with fresh parsley or carrot sprouts

  • Add protein if desired


Prepare the bone broth: Add 8-10 ounces of filtered water to a small pan and mix in 2 scoops of Kroma 24K Bone Broth. Heat pan on the stove to a simmer.

Add 1 Millet & Brown Rice noodle cake, diced carrots, frozen peas and fresh spinach to pan. Cover, reduce heat to low for approximate 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

Serve in bowl and top with a handful of fresh parsley, sprouts or protein if desired.
