Instant Bone Broth Ramen
Ingredients
Kroma 24K Bone Broth (I get the chicken flavor)
8-10 ounces of filtered water
1 noodle cake of Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen
1 organic carrot, diced
1/4 cup of organic frozen peas
1 handful of fresh organic spinach
Top with fresh parsley or carrot sprouts
Add protein if desired
Prepare the bone broth: Add 8-10 ounces of filtered water to a small pan and mix in 2 scoops of Kroma 24K Bone Broth. Heat pan on the stove to a simmer.
Add 1 Millet & Brown Rice noodle cake, diced carrots, frozen peas and fresh spinach to pan. Cover, reduce heat to low for approximate 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
Serve in bowl and top with a handful of fresh parsley, sprouts or protein if desired.
